Wysart Refund & Return Policy

At Wysart, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right.

📦 Returns

We accept returns within 20 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.


💸 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Some items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale/clearance items marked as final sale


💥 Damages or Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If it’s defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away at [support@wysart.com], and we’ll fix it ASAP.


📮 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
